All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In case of exceptionally high order volume or unforeseen delays, customers will be informed via email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Poland

  • Germany

  • Croatia

  • Spain

  • Italy

  • Slovakia

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed before completing the purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Poland: 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections (if applicable), or peak seasons.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

All shipments are made from Poland. For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available).

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@manic-hyperscents.com and include photos of the damaged packaging and products.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the courier.
