USER MANUAL
Waaaait a sec! Before you strike that match, a few ground rules for handling this diva of a candle. Go slow, go gentle, and it'll reward you with its very best behaviour.
1. FIRST BURN - non-negotiable ritual
Let the entire surface melt edge-to-edge. Takes about 30–60 minutes.
Think of it as a tiny commitment ceremony between you and the flame. No skipping steps, no cutting it short because you're impatient.
2. NEVER blow it out.
(Unless you want it smelling smokey forever after - but hey, you do you.)
Dip the wick into the melted wax to put it out, silently, like a secret. Then straighten it back up.
Aaaahh! And the wick!
Trim it before every burn. And maybe, while you're at it, imagine you're trimming away some version of yourself you only ever believed you had to be - making room for the parts of you that have been dying to burn bright.
3. MAX SESSION: 3-4 hours.
Your candle is potent. Let it breathe. Let yourself breathe too. The scent lingers for hours - sometimes days - after you've put the flame out (properly, see above).
